14-Day Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the date you receive your item. During this time, you can request a return for any reason.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • If the item has been opened or used, a quarter of the product must remain for a refund to be issued.
  • The item must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at grow@mouniqueproducts.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

There are certain items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This will ensure that you receive the desired product promptly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
